Why Warrior Factory?

WE LISTEN, WE DISCUSS, WE ADVISE AND DEVELOP
We listen to your needs and if we think we can help, we will suggest one of our martial arts programmes for you to try free of charge. If we do not think our programmes will help you achieve your goals, we will tell you from the start. Our aim is to develop  long term members that love what we do almost as much as we do.  This is why we are carful not to miss sell our service.
OUR INSTRUCTORS ARE TRAINED TO THE HIGHEST LEVELS
In the past, many martial arts students have set up their own clubs after passing their black belt with no knowledge of teaching or coaching. At Warrior Factory academies many of our instructors are not only qualified fitness professionals, but many have, or are studying for a sports related degree. It is also company policy that all instructors follow a Continuing Professional Development programme.
OUR FULL TIME VENUES ARE DESIGNED AROUND YOUR NEEDS
We pride ourselves in having some of the best martial arts training facilities in West Yorkshire. Not only are our Leeds and Halifax martial arts centres full time, they also have free parking, changing facilities, a matted combat room, as well as a comfortable seating areas for parents with bean2cup coffee machine and free internet connection.
WE ONLY OFFER AUTHENTIC PROGRAMMES
Although we deliver different martial arts programmes at the Warrior Factory academies, rather than provide a mixed martial arts system with no recognition, we choose to keep our martial arts separate. The Warrior Factory is a member of both the national governing bodies for Taekwondo (British Taekwondo) and Ju Jitsu (British Ju Jitsu Association of Great Britain).

Martial Arts students take part in local Taekwondo competition

Well done to all of the students that took part in the Horizon Taekwondo competion last sunday

Students at the Warrior Factory martial arts club based in Hipperholme competed in their first Taekwondo competition of the year at Richard Dunn's sports centre in Bradford.

A total of 12 competitors took part in the event, including one taking part in a competition for the first time. This competition was good preparation for cousins Terri Lumb, 22 and Chris Cocker, 25 who will be taking part in the Dutch open next month which will see them competing against players from all over Europe.

Both competitors won their fights along with 4 other players from the Warrior Factory including: Charlie Walker who had a brilliant outing winning 15-11 and Ellis Simpson who won his match 13-1. This came after both competitor's had difficult matches in the competition they attended at the end of last year.

All competitors did very well in their fights after working on several different aspects that they had been practising in training in preparation for the competition.

Leeds Warrior Factory hosts seminar with Grand Master Lennox

Well done to everyone that took part in the advanced Taekwondo seminar at the Leeds Warrior Factory today. We were lucky to have Grand Master Lennox visit our latest full time martial arts centre in Leeds and pass on his many years of martial arts experience. We had 38 advanced Team Taekwondo members in attendance with a full spread of ages from 8 to 58.

This seminar was great preparation for the up and coming black belt Taekwondo gradings this year and is sure to help guide people in improving their Taekwondo. If you missed this seminar and are thinking about grading at one of the Black Belt gradings this year, please speak to your instructor about other seminars running through the year. If you want to attend one of these gradings, it is compulsory to have attended at least one of these seminars since your last grading.
